I offer a versatile service in bodywork. I have been practising bodywork since 2019 in the Therapy room within my home. Having initially studied at the Holistic Health and Education centre and Gateway.
Through massage I focus on releasing tension caused by physical and emotional patterns. I have an intuitive and gentle approach to relieving stress from todays busy environment providing a specialised service that helps to support people under modern day pressures like stress at work, loneliness, busy mothers and more. I offer a wide range of therapies which are tailor made for the clients needs be it light or deep pressure and offer after care advice.
I believe the more we listen to our body’s messages the more it responds with increased health and vitality. We all deserve a bit of time out for ourselves to relax, switch off and recuperate in an environment where we can feel tranquil and safe.
Since 2011, I have also worked with adults and adolescents with dementia, special needs, various disabilities or requiring extra care. Please contact me for your care home pre-visit assessment.
I am sports active and enjoy a variety of sports so I understand the demand on our body’s when training and for pre and post events. Deep tissue massage is my favourite massage after a sports event and Indian head for some deep relaxation.
